its good, but reminds me too much of another piece i have seen somewhere. perhaps where the tut came from? anyways. stick with the same font and dont scatter the text throughout the tag. raise the opacity on the text and make it stand at least a bit more. everything else looks nice. kiu

I like the idea that you used a tutorial to get the effect you desired, but you really need to branch out of that and put your own spin on your work. Now n days I try to create my pieces how they just randomly come into my head. My current sig is the product of about 2 hours of sitting in front of PS staring, lots of smoke breaks, and several layers being deleted because I didn't get the effect I wanted. You just gotta push the creative boundary of your current work and really break the "norm" of today's art.

My only problem with it is the "why so serious?" font. I wouldn't have used a script font for a joker sig :P
But other than that I think it's great! Yes, you followed a tutorial, but I've seen people follow tutorials with terrible outcomes. At least this one looks good ;) |
