Hey, Maniac; I saw in one of your threads that you use a "tablet" or something when making some tags. This might be terribly novice, but what's a tablet?
the meta tags are basically for the browser and search engine. for example, the meta tag keywords make it so that when you make a search on google etc... then if you type in a keyword, your page comes up. another example, is the content language meta tag, that tells the browser and search engine what kind of language its in
Checked out the source code for Maniac Studios. As you said, it was simple and clean, and actually understandable from my novice perspective. A couple things threw me off, like <meta name="Etcetra" content="More Etcetra"> or the numerous XML tags, but, I'll probably learn about those soon enough. I'm going to guess that meta tags give certain portions of the page certain links to follow and / or assignments?
Hypertext Preprocessor
